I custom made a triangular canvas for this painting. It is available for purchase as a print.
This was just a random image that popped into my mind -- not based on anything in particular. This painting is available for purchase as a print.
Created this using Corel Painter and love using it for realistic looking digital paintings. This was a redo of an actual oil painting I tried and wasn't fully satisfied with. This one is available for purchase as a print.
Another photo manipulation that I recreated from a neat looking view I saw one night. The moon was just topping this grove of really cool tall pine trees, and it was foggy and cloudy. I think the moon is what I noticed most. Available for purchase as a print.
This was my first attempt at photo manipulation and I really like how fast I was about to crank out something this realistic looking. I could have quickly painted something abstract and loose but I wanted to try to depict the image from my head as accurately as possible. I saw this driving at dusk one evening. The things I made a note of: the ground was bright white, and I could see the line of snow in the background. The trees in the foreground were sparse and had no snow on them, and looked almost black in the twilight. There was a row of trees behind the hill in the background, and the sky was a mix of grayish purple and orange. Available for purchase as a print.
This is Tim Curry from my favorite movie, Clue. This drawing is available for purchase as a print.
This was a random idea I had to draw Leela from Futurama with glasses. For her, it's actually a monocle. =P I drew it in Inkscape. Get the vector file here. It is also available for purchase as a print.
I had an idea to paint a multicolored watercolor background with a thick outline of some female. I considered Lucille Ball but ended up going with Leela of Futurama instead. :) This painting is available for purchase as a print.
This is a recreation of Marge that I saw in a Dove shampoo ad. Something struck me about it as being the prettiest I've ever seen Marge depicted. :) This painting is available for purchase as a print.
This was a gift for my grandparents -- a painting of my cousins when we were kids (I'm the baby).
After playing Majora's Mask, I had a certain predilection for giants for a while. This and the next drawing were inspired results from that. :)

I put this collage together and used Photoshop to create a sketchy layer over the top of it.
I had this image in my mind of the a nice house on a large private piece of land surrounded by woods with lush grass that had just been mowed, after the sun went down but before it was completely dark. In my mind I was running around barefoot in that grass as a young girl with a friend, smelling the smells of a warm summer night, hearing the locusts and crickets starting to chirp, trying to get as much playing squeezed in before it's completely dark. It's not often that I get such a vivid image of something that isn't a memory but just an imagining, but this was one of them. I think it turned out quite close to the image I had in mind.
I assembled this "still life" and drew it in a high school art class. I was always pretty proud of the trompe l'oeil affect I achieved with the shadows. :)
I painted this in high school when I was obsessed with the band Incubus. :P
